Dolmen Grove Membership Database Re-Structuring
Dear all
The time of Oestara, and the financial year,, came upon us and heralded the start of Spring and a time to review our membership database!  Due to an incredible growth in members, administrative re-structuring and the appointment of myself as your new membership secretary it has become apparent that the old database needs an overhaul and a restructure to ensure that we are compliant with our member's demands, and also the legislation governing data protection.

As you are aware the Dolmen Grove membership is a treasured asset and has helped us gain access and seats on various governing bodies that look after our heritage on the land, and of course our magical ancestry.  We still need to account for all the people we claim to represent and to hand over correct and up-to-date figures for membership to show that we are not a closed Grove, but an open, expanding, and evolving one that encompasses all walks of faith under the Pagan umbrella.  As a result we need to update all details of our members and to re-issue membership cards to everyone.
In order to do this we need the following details from everyone who would like to continue to be a part of the Dolmen Grove and from those newcomers who would like to join:

1) Full Name (First and Surname)
2) Date of birth
3) Male / Female so we can identify whether we need to set up more Ladies' Night's or indeed a Gentleman's Evening!
4) Your Witch or Forum name to prevent any misuse of identity
5) Your full postal address (so we can disseminate the membership cards to you)
6) A contact number

In return we will post your unique membership card to you, which proffers a fantastic range of discounts at all Dolmen Grove events.

We will NOT distribute your details outside of the Dolmen Grove Administration and adhere to the latest legislation pertaining to Data Protection.

I welcome any membership enquiries and applications to the following email:

I also look forward to hearing from all our current members and more very soon.

Yours aye,

Gwydyo
Membership Secretary
