This spirituality can be very simple and free of complications, after thousands of years the essential need to associate to the divine has not really changed, but what has happened is the rise of super religious orders that perhaps have over complicated the raw essence - and about a million paths that offer and promise almost anything from everlasting life in heaven or eternal life on earth have made choosing a religion the same as bargain shopping.

Something well worth keeping in mind, due to the age of early tribal spirituality means that it is the root of all religions, so one can see by the following that the basics exist in all paths and can be said to form a sacred triangle or a circle with four points - Air without which we could not last for more than minutes, secondly Water, without which we would dehydrate and perish in days, thirdly Fire, the cleansing force and the element whose use determines our advantage over the rest of earth's creations.
We are the Earth our Bones, Skin, all matter of which make up our body.

What does the Stag Circle promise?

To be truthful the Stag circle promises nothing and why should it, as humans we will live and die our physical body will return back to the earth whence it came, what happens to the spirit is down to the individual to discover.

All though it does offer friendship on the journey through our physical existence with fellow beings who are seeking to discover and understand their own spirituality and perhaps the great Spirit of Earth.

 After all, we are talking about spirituality which is normally a personal thing - what good would it be for you to have somebody ruling over you, telling you how to think, leading you along a path tainted with their own ideas and hopes?
That would never do, every individual is unique and with a little focused concentration able to enjoy and celebrate within a marvellous world free of dogmatic taboos.
The Spiritual path, your connection with the divine nature and all life, should be a joyous and wonderful experience.

attention away from nature and the natural laws which are necessary for us as human beings.
To establish harmony and save a world that is being eaten alive by war and greed we need to change the future.


Swearing upon the Stag

The tradition of the Stag shows up in stories such as Robin Hood especially the TV adaptation by Carpenter during the 80,s, where Herne featured as the spiritual force behind the entire series.

To the left is a picture of around 1906 of the landlords of London swearing an oath on the Antlered Stang as was tradition, something that later died out but with the revival of the energy hopefully these old traditions will be revived as well.

It is Natural ...To Love, Honour and Respect all Life.

There is No need to call one's self a warrior in order to defend and help those in need.

Trust oneself ...To seek ones own understanding of the Divine, God, Goddess.

 The Quest is personal...To discover ones unique individuality in respect of the Divine.

 Respect is a path to enlightenment...To never use or abuse ones knowledge and understanding in order to dominate and rule over a fellow human being, be it in the name or not of those you may come to recognize as Gods and Spirits.
